Fantail does not collect, transmit, store, or sell any data about you or your Xero organisations. There are no analytics, no tracking, and no external scripts.
Your settings, your pinned favorites, and the names of Xero organisations you have visited are saved in your browser's extension storage (chrome.storage.sync), which your browser may synchronise between your own devices through your own browser account. This data never reaches us. Nobody but you can read it.
Fantail runs only on go.xero.com pages. It reads the current page address to know which Xero screen you are on, and it reads on-screen elements to perform the actions you trigger (for example, clicking Save when you press Alt+S). None of what it sees leaves your browser.
The extension may periodically fetch a small configuration file from our server. This file tells the extension whether any feature should be switched off because a Xero page change broke it. The request contains no personal data, no identifiers, and nothing about your Xero account.
If a paid tier is offered in future, payment processing will be handled by a dedicated payment provider under its own privacy policy. Fantail itself will still not collect your data.
